Privacy Policy


We collect personal information like name, address, phone number, email and payment information when voluntarily submitted by our customers or visitors. The information you provide is used to process your order or to fufill your request.


Blueblood Doll(BBD) does not sell, trade or loan your personal information or any other information that may identify you to third parties.


We are commited to protect our customer's privacy.






  • For US Domestic Customers -  accept Paypal and money order. (Money Order must be received within two weeks.)


  • For Oversea Customers - we only accept PayPal. 


Order Policy


  • When you placed an order, you will receive a order receipt. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days.


  • When it has been shipped, we will notify you a tracking number or mailing receipt.   


  • There is a 5% cancellation fee if an order is canceled after we have already charged payment. If the payment has not yet been charged then there is no cancellation fee.



Shipping Policy


For US Domestic, we ship by USPS first class mail (with tracking) when the package's gross weight is under 0.9lbs (almost 15 orz). Over 0.9 lbs will ship via priority mail (with tracking). 

For Oversea order,  the gross weight is under 4 lbs,  we will ship by USPS first class mail international (no tracking, only with mailing receipt). Over 4 lbs will ship by USPS Priority Mail (with tracking and insurance, but some countries are not accept insurance.)   


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The gross weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.




Returns Policy


For dolls

All sales are final!  We only accept exchange for damaged or defective part:

We inspect and pack all our dolls carefully before shipping. If a part of the doll is damaged upon delivery, please contact us by email within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

We require the customer to send us back the damaged or defective part. When you send the damaged or defective part, please detach the part from the doll. DO NOT SEND BACK THE WHOLE DOLL. After we receive it, we will replace a new part for you and re-imburse your return shipping fee.

Please kindly email us for returns or damage claims. Do not ship back your doll before contacting us!


For other products

Return/ Refund is accepted. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.



Terms & Condition:

Returned item has to be new, unworn and in its original condition.

Return from US is accepted within 7-10 days. Return from outside US accepted within 30-days after the buyer's receiving the item.

Please understand that shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred in shipping the products back to us. If there is an error made on our part we will reimburse your return shipping fee.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
