If you are not satisfied with the item. Please contact us within 3 days from the day you receive your item. We will issue a RAN Return Authorization Number). Write the RAN on the envelope or parcel when you return your item.
The returned item has to be in its original condition.
we will charge a 20% restocking fee based on the price of the item that you bought.
All sales are final 10 days (US order) and 20 days (international order) after we ship out the item(s).
